Explore Alberta’s Finest Waters

Our Rivers Portfolio showcases the incredible variety of fisheries across Alberta—from iconic freestone rivers to hidden spring-fed creeks. Each river page provides snapshots, current conditions, and insightful details to help you plan your next outing with confidence. Whether you’re after solitude, stunning scenery, or a shot at your personal best, these waters deliver.

This portfolio is updated regularly to reflect seasonal changes, water clarity, access points, and angler tips—giving you the edge to fish smarter, not harder.

StreamSight River Camera Rollout

To kick off this program, we’re taking a phased approach to get cameras online in time for the spring and summer seasons.

As of July 23rd, 2025, we have live camera feeds at the following rivers:

Clearwater River, Raven River, Upper North Saskatchewan River, James River, Bow River, Red Deer River, Prairie Creek, Stauffer Creek, Oldman River, Crowsnest River, Castle River, Sheep River, Upper Red Deer River, and Blackstone River.

The next round of installations will focus on:

North Ram River, South Ram River, Highwood River, and Livingstone River.
While the Highwood remains on track, the Ram systems and Livingstone River have presented challenges due to limited cell service in those areas. We’re actively exploring satellite-based options to bring these sites online, but these may not be feasible for the 2025 season.
